Projekt Interim was commissioned with the interim utilisation of the shop and studio/treatment room at Gotthardstrasse 6 and 8 in Thalwil. The centrally located premises with a sales area of around 90 m2 are located in an old residential building and impress with their large window fronts, stylish interior design and high ceilings. The space at Gotthardstrasse 8 is 40 m2 in size and has its own kitchenette. Thanks to its proximity to the Gotthardstrasse shopping street, the location is ideal for a pop-up store or treatment room. Easy accessibility is guaranteed thanks to the proximity to Thalwil railway station and the 5 parking spaces in front of the building. The shop also has a separate office, a small kitchen, a toilet and garage storage in the basement.

bold matters is a Swiss start-up founded in 2021. bold matters designs its own shoe and bag collection here in Switzerland and has them handmade in small family businesses in Italy. Genuine leather is used for the production. The range is supplemented with fashion and accessories in the three stores. The focus is on sustainable materials and fair production conditions. The young company also runs its own online shop and is very active on various social media.
