Flexible workspaces for companies, creative professionals and start-ups are being created on 10,000 m² – in the centre of Geneva’s lively business district and just a few minutes from the airport.

In the immediate vicinity of Geneva Airport and the Balexert shopping centre, Projekt Interim Romandie SA has taken over the temporary use of a spacious office building.
Since 1 September 2022, bright and flexible workspaces have been available on around 10,000 m²: From individual offices and studios to larger spaces for start-ups and companies. The building also offers 120 underground car parking spaces and shared kitchens.
The property is optimally connected to public transport and is located in a lively business district. The temporary use is expected to run until 31 May 2026 and will enable a variety of temporary uses in an attractive environment.
